Yesterday, we decided to get out of town. We’ve been meaning to see Hatta, which is in Dubai Emirate, but East towards the Hajjar mountains and the Oman border. We sort of saw it, but our eyes were squinting a lot. We’ll have to go back again when it is less than 48C (118F) in the shade. Good news is that we had the Heritage Village all to ourselves!
